Thank you for shopping with Unfiltered Texan Apparel. Because our products are custom-made to order, we have a limited returns policy. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Wrong size, color, or style ordered by mistake
- Buyer’s remorse (you no longer want the item)
- General dissatisfaction without a manufacturing defect
We encourage all customers to review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or color, you will need to place a new order. In special cases, we may provide a discount code to help cover the cost of reordering.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a damaged/defective item claim:
- Email us at support@unfilteredtexan.com with your order number.
- Attach photos of the damaged/defective product.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
We will review and respond within 2 business days.
